Every month we look at three things for you: where you rank in search results, what the major AI assistants say when somebody asks about what you sell, and who owns the answer box at the top of Google. Then we write down what to fix, in priority order, and send it to you.
That's the product. It is work done by a person, not a dashboard. We say so because it changes what you should expect: there is no login to monitor, no chart that updates itself, and no alerts. There is a document, once a month, with three things in it worth doing.
AI answers vary by day and by phrasing. Nobody can guarantee you get mentioned by an assistant, and anyone promising a timeline to page one is selling you something they cannot deliver. What we can do is check consistently, tell you what changed, and point at the page or the sentence causing the problem.
Businesses whose customers look them up before buying — searching, comparing, or asking an assistant for a shortlist. If people find you by word of mouth or see your van in the street, this won't earn its place, and we'd rather tell you that than take the money.
