The short version: we collect what you type into the signup form, we use Google AdSense to show ads, and you can refuse the advertising cookies without losing access to the site.

When you create an account we store the name, email address and password you enter. Passwords are stored as a hash rather than plain text. In the current build that account data is held in your own browser rather than on a server — which also means it does not follow you to another device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
We do not run analytics tracking, we do not build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not sell personal data.
This site shows advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies to select and measure ads. Those cookies can identify your browser across sites.
Consent is collected by Google's certified consent message, which appears before advertising cookies are set. It records your choices and passes them to Google's advertising systems.
